The Asset Management Team are looking for a new team member to join our busy team to work on a varied case load within Halton Borough Council on a temporary basis (Maternity Cover).
The Council is seeking to appoint a Temporary Asset Management Technician to assist the Asset Management Team in property management and regeneration project activities.This will involve contributing to some of the major regeneration schemes across the borough, which have a hugely positive impact on the people of Halton.
Reporting to the Asset and Valuation Manager you will have practical knowledge and experience of working in a property asset management environment, assisting in managing consultancy contracts and practical experience of project management including using property databases and mapping packages.
You will have good interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to delivering high performance. You will have the ability to work flexibly as part of a small team working to tight deadlines and can demonstrate excellent organisational skills with a high level of self-motivation.
Interviews will take place on the 4th or 5th February.
