About the role
We are looking to appoint a qualified Nursery Practitioner for a maternity cover within our nursery starting in January 2021.
Successful applicants will demonstrate that they are committed to having a positive impact on all children they work with and providing a safe, secure and enabling environment for children in our care; learning through play will be at the heart of this.
The successful candidate will have a level 2 or 3 qualification, play a key role in implementing the EYFS and will be a key person to a group of 2-4 year old children. You will be responsible for all children within your care, reporting to the nursery manager. You will be working in a purpose built, fully resourced nursery linked to the academy. We have regular staff meetings and fully support staff CPD; promoting a strong team ethic.
This is a fixed term maternity cover starting in January 2021. You will be paid on the single status pay scale, Grade 3, Scale Point 7, £18,562 per annum pro-rata, working Monday-Friday, 9.00am-3.00pm, term-time only.
