About the role
Are you the right person to clean our fabulous site? Do you take pride in providing a clean environment for others?
We are looking for a self-motivated person to provide a cleaning service, working alongisde our caretaker. The vacancy has arisen due to changes in circumstances for our current cleaner. Duties to include: cleaning of classrooms and washrooms, sweeping, wiping surfaces, mopping and ensuring cleaning equipment is maintained. Training will be provided to fulfil the role.
Hours of work: 10 hrs per week for 52 weeks of year (Permanent Contract). Additional 5hrs per week on claims basis during COVID-19 pandemic (claims).
Working pattern: Monday to Friday 05:30-07:30 (Hours can be condensed during school holidays by arrangement). During the current pandemic an additional 1 hr each day from 07:30-08:30 will be required, this will be paid on claims basis.
Starting Salary: £9.25 per hour (£4,822.16 per year for 10 hr week contract)
Holiday allowance: 21 days holiday (plus a total of 12 days made up of Bank Holidays, Christmas concessionary days and statutory days leave)
Start date: 5th January
