Are you an experienced Leasehold professional looking for an opportunity to work proactively in a customer focused environment? As a Team Leader you will work with the Home Ownership Managers support to ensure the smooth day to day operation of the Home Ownership Team delivering a customer focused service which includes:
- Right to Buy
- Statutory Leasehold Consultation
- Billing and Recovery of Major Works and Annual Service Charges
- Service Charge Loans
- Leasehold Management
- Lease Extensions
You will need to act as a role model for your team and will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will work closely with leasehold representatives in an established and extensive engagement framework and need to deliver customer orientated services of the highest quality and provide value for money.
You will be required to communicate effectively at all levels, and build on the successful relationships already established with customers and demonstrate knowledge of the legal framework covering both leasehold management and right to buy.
You will possess good communication skills, administration and IT skills demonstrating an ability to work within a busy and demanding environment. You will need to be available to work or attend meetings outside of normal working hours.
