Communications Officer, Change Team
Salary Range: £27,741 pa progressing to £34,728 pa
Hours: 37 per week
Contract: 1 Year Fixed Term/Secondment

We are looking for someone with communications experience and a proactive, people-focussed approach to their work to join our expanding Change Team.
Supported by the wider team, you will be the ‘go to’ communications contact for a range of senior stakeholders and complex, organisation-wide change projects.
Much of your time will be devoted to internal communications activity where you will advise on the most effective communications approaches to enable colleagues and other stakeholders to feel well informed and supported through change.
You will also use your experience to develop comprehensive communication plans and will utilise your knowledge of different channels to get hands-on and bring these plans to life.
