About the role

Fletching Church of England Primary School is one of East Sussex's best kept secrets! We are a small school in a beautiful location close to Sheffield Park with delightful children and supportive staff.

We are looking for someone to join our fabulous Fletching family as an Individual Needs Assistant with a child in Key Stage 2. The hours are from 8.30 - 12.30pm on Thursdays and Fridays in term time only. School experience preferred but not essential.

We need someone who is:

  • able to help the pupil to learn as effectively as possible both in group situations and on his/her own;
  • motivate and encourage the pupil through positive praise
  • able to communicate effectively;
  • able to maintain confidentiality;
  • able to approach every task with a smile!
