Be resilient, hard-working, solution focused, and committed to transforming student outcomes.
This could be your opportunity to make a significant and measurable difference in improving the educational attainment of the children and young people in this inclusive community.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant school on the south coast, near Brighton. Life at PCS does not stand still and we constantly seek innovative ways to improve standards.
You will have the ability to motivate and inspire students and will be relentless in the pursuit of the highest standards of progress for every student, regardless of their ability.
PCS is a happy, stimulating place to work and you will be joining a hard-working and dynamic staff team, who are supportive of one another and have a ‘can-do’ approach to challenges. We are no ordinary school and believe nothing is impossible!
We pride ourselves on our excellent induction programme. We provide constant, high quality CPD and all staff are passionate about sharing good practice.
We place our values at the heart of everything we do and were proud to be awarded Level One Rights Respecting School status by UNICEF, who found our ethos of mutual respect ‘inspiring.’
