We are looking for an organised and efficient PA with excellent communication and IT skills to support a wide range of administrative and secretarial support to both the Head of Adult Safeguarding and Quality and the Safeguarding Adults Board (SAB).
As PA to the Head of Adult Safeguarding, your role will involve providing administrative support to senior managers, setting up meetings, and producing minutes and accurate records of safeguarding meetings. Good interpersonal skills are also required to respond to queries from SAB partner agencies and members of the public, and ensuring that sensitive information is dealt with in a professional manner, respecting confidentiality requirements.
Your role will also involve being part of the SAB team, working alongside the SAB Development Manager to:
- coordinate all SAB and its subgroup meetings,
- support financial processes, such as payment of invoices,
- support the social media representation of the SAB via Twitter and manage content on the SAB website.
