Applicants should have an understanding and experience of:
- Windows 10
- Office 365
- Active Directory & Exchange Administration
- Security
- Azure, SCCM and Intune
- Application Support
- Customer Service & ITIL
- Telephone support
- ICT operating procedures
Applications should be able to work independently and as part of a team. You should have excellent communication skills and a desire to help.
