About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join ESCC’s apprenticeship and qualifications team, which is a team that prides itself on both high quality and transformational apprenticeship programmes delivered both internally within the council and to other levy paying organisations.
The role is an interesting blend of developing and supporting our apprentice managers to reach their full potential, leading on innovative opportunities for income generation for the team and management/implementation of leadership and management projects.
To be shortlisted for the role you will have to have substantial current knowledge and experience of apprenticeships, you will have proven senior leadership and management experience and have excellent skills in working with others. You will be proficient in collaborative working and a team player.
No Adult Social Care experience, or knowledge, is required for this role.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
