An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and qualified individual to join the Adult Joint Commissioning Team on a permanent basis.
The role involves a variety of strategic and operational health and social care commissioning activities to support the delivery of the teams overall work programme but with a focus on commissioning health and social care services for the over 65’s.
Applicants must be educated to degree level or have an equivalent qualification along with experience of commissioning health or social care services. Applicants must also be able to demonstrate the ability to work with a range of partners to deliver high quality outcomes for service users.
Post holder will require a proven track record in health and/or social care commissioning with experience of commissioning services for older people.
