We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Community Energy Project Manager to help develop rural community energy projects
The Project Manager will lead the promotion, support access and oversee community delivery of the Rural Community Energy Fund (RCEF) across the South West Energy Hub region. Funded by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) the RCEF is providing £1.8m of grants to undertake feasibility studies and toward project development costs.
Successful candidates will use their experience of project appraisal and development in the energy sector, to offer support throughout the process including application, assessment, grant offer and monitoring. The post holder will work with a wider team of project and technical managers to support projects.

This role is offered on a fixed-term basis to 31 October 2021, with the potential for extension if additional funding is secured. Secondments from other organisations will be considered.
Location is Bristol, though applications from elsewhere within our operational region are welcome.
