We’re looking for a skilled health improvement practitioner with demonstrable experience of improving mental health outcomes and who is passionate about making a difference to the lives of Hertfordshire resident as well as tackling health inequalities.
The role will require a good understanding of the national policy relating to mental health and how this informs the local context. You will lead on developing and implementing strategy as well as managing multi-agency partnership work programmes which will incorporate a review of the local evidence base to inform future commissioning of mental health services. You will be expected to have knowledge of commissioning services, excellent negotiation and communication skills You’ll also have line management and budget management experience.
