About the Post:
As a Contracts and Data Officer within the Service Support Team you will be working across a diverse range of contracts. This role facilitates the successful management of large-scale waste disposal contracts and the successful candidate will be expected to assess data, produce reports, assist in waste returns and conduct regular site inspections. You will assist in driving continuous service improvements and be required to present issues alongside potential solutions to a variety of audiences. The successful applicant will also act as a primary point of contact for relevant contractors and will be expected to maintain good working relationships.
You’ll excel in data monitoring and management and possess excellent all-round communication skills. You’ll have the skills required to ensure that the contracted third parties are achieving the SLA/targets detailed within their contracts and know what course of action to take if standards fall below what is agreed.
You will be confident in decision making, have excellent organisational and time management skills, and be proficient in managing conflicting priorities and deadlines across multiple contracts.
