About the role
If you care about making a difference – I’d love to hear from you! We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, forward-thinking Social Workers to join our friendly teams. We are looking for Social workers who would relish the opportunity to work in a service that is adapting to the challenging demands of our County and open to fresh ideas and new ways of working.
Work alongside practitioners who care as much about individual outcomes as you. Focusing on the strengths and resilience of the person ensuring they are in a safe space and with the specialist support in place to ensure their social care needs are met.
If you are BIA qualified and or a warranted AMHP we would love to hear from you, if you are not, we offer excellent training and career progression opportunities as well as a variety of staff benefits.
There is likely to be the expectation of working from home in the Covid 19 recovery period which you will be given the opportunity to continue should you wish. You will need to be able to travel across the County to cover the extensive catchment area of the team to fulfil the needs of the role.
