Job Title: Safe Space Clinical Manager
Salary Range : £40,876 progresing to £43,857 pa
Hours: 37 per week
Due to the retirement of the existing post holder an exciting opportunity has arisen to take on the role of Safe Space Clinical Manager. Safe Space (previously Counselling in Schools) is approaching its 20th year of delivering quality assured counselling and arts therapy to the children and young people of Hertfordshire and is looking for a passionate and committed manager, with a proven track record of service delivery and partnership working, to join us as part of our expanding Clinical Leadership Team.
We are looking for a therapist with a minimum of five years post qualification clinical experience working with children, young people and their families to lead our clinical management function, enhancing and developing our practice and service delivery in line with the increasing complexity and multi-disciplinary nature of the referrals that we receive.
Based at County Hall, Hertford but countywide travel is required
