Scale 2 (scp 3-4) £18,562 to £18,933 per annum
Monday to Friday – 37 Hours Per Week
You will be the first point of contact for customers calling our Community Hub and/or processing test and trace calls. Working as part of a small team and working alongside our Customer Services Section, you will enable all customers to communicate with the Council, access services and information, and provide help and advice on a wide range of services and functions. The prime focus of the post will be on providing Community Hub support and contacting people under the Government’s test and trace system.
You must be able to resolve customer issues on the telephone and face-to-face. Experience of working in a customer focussed role is essential, as are familiarity with computer based systems and keyboard skills.
A positive and professional attitude is essential, together with confidentiality and integrity.
Government guidance of working safely is being followed at the Council’s offices.
