We are currently recruiting for a Systems Support Analyst within the Systems Reporting Team under the Intelligence and Impact Service.
To provide technical report writing using SQL, Crystal Reports, SSRS, Excel, Access, etc. to meet legislative and local requirements across Children’s Services and Adults’ Services.
The post holder will take responsibility for the creation, accuracy and validity of reports from Oracle databases using SQL, Crystal Reports, SSRS, Excel and Access to meet legislative and local requirements across Children’s and Adults’ Services. Systems supported and reported from include Mosaic, Capita ONE and IYSS. Mosaic is the social care case management system used by Children’s and Adults’ Services, Capita ONE is the management information system supporting processes within Children’s Services and IYSS is Wokingham’s Youth Support System.
The role also involves working with colleagues to assist with data collections, to identify data quality issues and to support system changes and upgrades. The post holder will run regular weekly and monthly reports and keep documentation on reporting processes up to date.
The successful candidate will be experienced in Microsoft Excel, have an analytical mind, good attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical support services and end users. Knowledge of SQL and Crystal Reporting is beneficial. You will have a keen desire to learn new things and grow into the role.
We are looking for a self-motivated, hard working and talented individual to join our team on a permanent basis based at the Council Offices, Shute End, although currently home working due to COVID-19. The role is full time, however part time would be considered.
