Job Title: Assistant Customer Service Supervisor
Salary Range: £19,698 - £20,903 p.a. (pro rata for part-time)
Hours: 18.5 hours per week (Timetable attached)
Working as part of a team, you will deliver excellent customer service to library customers, ensuring all information, services and resources are available and promoted to members of the public.
The successful candidate will have:
- Skills and abilities to support the Library Manager to actively supervise the team, including staff timetabling, training and development.
- Support staff appraisals, and act as senior on duty as and when required.
- Ability to compile, maintain and provide effective returns for monthly financial and statistical information.
- Actively engage with the delivery and promotion of all frontline services in the Library and outreach activities as required.
