The Assets and Property function strives to be the best in class for operational service delivery across the range of services that it delivers to its Council tenants and leaseholders. As with many landlords in recent times, there has been a strong focus on Health and Safety in particular Fire Safety.

The journey continues as we strive to build on the progress made. The next milestone on that journey is to recruit to a number of key positions within the service. We are looking for high calibre individuals who relish the challenge of change management, will lead from the front, are focussed on delivering great outcomes and the best customer experience.

As a Senior Surveyor you will play a pivotal role in the management of a team of 8 Surveyors and 2 Clerk of Works, prioritising and managing the workloads of the team to ensure that they successfully support the delivering the full suite of surveying functions to the service, Your outstanding leadership and excellent management skills will ensure that the team is focussed on delivering great outcomes for residents.

This role is subject to Ealing’s enhanced vetting process.
