What we are looking for …
Educated to degree level (or equivalent) and with a management qualification, you will have experience of managing a multi-disciplinary integrated team. Your approach will be person-centred and you will have a sound understanding of professional, legal and policy issues relevant to Adult Social Care and Health. As a manager you will have strong leadership skills and the ability to be innovative whilst inspiring those who work for you.
