The Isle of Wight Councils Re-ablement service is looking for enthusiastic staff to promote people regaining independence enabling them to return home. Having a person-centred approach is paramount during a person’s journey of which you will be a part of.
You will work to support individuals to reach their goals in conjunction with the Senior Support Workers and Occupational Therapists.
Although experience is not necessary, candidates will be expected to be flexible and will demonstrate a good understanding of working in a care setting as well as working in partnership with others.
