Our Building Control Partnership is going from strength to strength and we are now looking to recruit a permanent Building Control Technical Administrator to join our exciting new partnership which includes Blaby District Council, Harborough District Council, Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council, Melton Borough Council and Oadby & Wigston Borough Council. This role would be mainly based at the Blaby office, the Hinckley & Bosworth office and working from home.
We are interested in hearing from individuals with a 'can do' approach who have the desire and ability to learn new processes, thrive and enjoy working within a busy team environment, have excellent communication skills and be committed to achieving a high level of service to our customers.
Experience of working within the Building Control Sector would be advantageous along with familiarity of Idox and Uniform Knowledge of Street naming and Numbering principles would be beneficial but is not essential.
A building control career with us offers the opportunity for progression as this is a growing service. We offer a salary for a Building Control Technical Administrator of £20,092 - £22,183 or £22,627 - £25,991 depending on experience. Hours of work are 37 per week.
