The successful candidate will be required to be available outside of services normal working hours as part of a standby rota to respond to out of hours service needs.  A standardised standby payment will be made in respect of these duties.

Your role in our journey

 

 

 

As an Assistive Living Technologies Installation Assistant: you’ll be part of a team installing and maintaining Telecare Equipment for vulnerable service users alongside our nationally accredited Monitoring Centre and Response Team. You will be responding to Telecare referral to ensure service users get the equipment they need as soon as possible. You will perform activities within a team that has a common goal to promote independence and perform against Key Performance Indicators.

 

 

 

What you’ll need

 

 

 

To join us, you’ll need a relevant Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care and a clean full UK driving license to drive manual vehicles. Crucially you will have excellent communication, and relationship skills, to successfully work with the team and service users.
