We are looking for a motivated individual to assist with the running of our Case Management Team in providing an effective administrative support function. The post will focus primarily on the case management element of the housing service and the successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping and implementing new processes.
You will assist the Case Management Lead in the continuous improvement of the service in line with the Councils Corporate Plan and ensure the provision of a professional and helpful service to both internal and external customers.
The successful candidate will have experience of consistently achieving performance targets in conjunction with prioritising a varying and busy workload. They will also be able to evidence a demonstrable focus for improving and streamlining processes, excellent customer service and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
