In order to do that, we have created an exciting new role, Leadership and Management Lead, who will provide dedicated, in-house learning and support for our managers that enables them to develop their own knowledge and skills, but also to help them grow their practitioners so that we can provide the best for the children and families we service.
This role sits within the Principal Social Work Team. In addition to lead responsibility for leadership and management development, you will also be involved in the team’s overall work which includes: quality assurance, support to students and NQSWs, and learning and development. The post holder will also be the deputy principal social worker. This is a role that will enable you to grow change across Children’s Services.
