Our travel assistance service is a vital service for over 600 children and adults in the borough and now is a great time to be joining our forward thinking and dynamic service.
We are looking to recruit an officer to join our busy team providing travel assistance for eligible children between home and school or college, together with transport for adults to day care. You will lead a team of passenger assistants whilst working closely with our stakeholders in the delivery of a first- class service.
You will need to possess good communication skills, have experience of dealing with day to day operational management issues, monitoring performance and familiar with our statutory duties for home to school transport.
