About the role

Churchwood Primary Academy are looking to appoint a part time Business Manager to be responsible for local finance administration, HR, estates and management of Health & Safety. The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal and Finance Business Partner to coordinate and manage the academy’s planning and budgeting process in line with Trust guidelines and timelines, maximizing academy income where possible.

The role involves managing HR matters including sickness absence, payroll and recruitment and you will work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure Health and Safety requirements are met and estates related issues are dealt with effectively.
