As part of our HR and OD team, you will play a key role by contributing to the delivery of the People Strategy and the wider Corporate Plan. We are looking for someone that can demonstrate up to date knowledge of good practice in key areas such as change management, shared learning, talent management and act as an OD consultant in the management of change.
Supporting the Principal HR &OD Business Partner, you will procure external training, work on OD initiatives, develop and deliver HR/ OD training and help us meet targets in relationship to apprenticeship placements.
We are looking for someone with excellent technical/ digital skills as the successful post holder will develop and create well designed, engaging eLearning dashboard and courses. Previous experience of building eLearning is desirable, but you will have the technical ability to learn to create them with support via guides and the external companies help desk.
