About the Post:
Barnsley Council Environment and Transport have an exciting Area Inspector opportunity based at the Smithies Lane Depot. We are looking for an experienced and well motivated individual to join our team of Area Inspectors.
The successful applicant will become a key member of a Multi – disciplined team delivering service activities, to ensure key inspection functions are delivered in accordance with the statutory, mandatory, regulatory, legislative standards that are required. Ensuring the Authority’s Road and Footway Network are maintained to a safe standard that promotes the Borough as a well-kept Highway Authority.
