And an exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join the council’s Customer Feedback, Information and Improvement Team where you will play an essential role in ensuring all feedback and information requests received are captured, monitored and effectively responded to; enabling us to learn from people’s experiences.
Your role in our journey
As a Customer Feedback, Information and Improvement Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of customer feedback and information requests received by the Council. Receiving, recording and registering complaints, compliments, freedom of information, individual right and environmental information requests, you will also support in ensuring an appropriate response is provided within timescales. In addition, you will assist and support services in learning from customer experience and requests.
