The North Locality team are very much at the cutting edge of Adult Social Care with a strong focus on improving customer outcomes in a person-centred way. We work closely with health services to focus on early prevention and work alongside multi-disciplinary teams. Team members attend regular meetings and monthly lunch and learn sessions where the local network share knowledge, updates or activities in their specialist field.
The North Locality team are also at the forefront of working with Community Catalysts, a team of micro providers that provide a variety of assistance and activities to their local community, this could be help with household chores, gardening clubs, assistance with looking after pets or a companionship service.
It is a very supportive team, and offers an agile working environment. When joining us you will be offered development and support through regular 1:1’s or supervision, we want you to achieve the best possible outcomes for our residents and also for yourself.
For our qualified roles you will require experience of safeguarding adults, along with the ability to complete holistic assessments and support plans, Social Workers must be Social Work England registered and have post qualifying experience.
Overall, we are looking for positive people that wish to make a difference to our customer's lives and who possess excellent customer care, a caring nature and good communication skills.
