Lettings Negotiator (9 month fixed term contract)
£29,657 - £33,976 (pro rata) + benefts
(23 hours per week – no weekends)
We are looking for an enthusiastic lettings professional to work with local landlords to source homes in the private sector and support landlords and tenants to make tenancies successful.
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Register potential tenants.
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Canvass for new business opportunities and close deals.
- Achieve pre-agreed targets.
Ideally you will have 3 years experience in lettings and tenancy management, understanding the nature as well as the technicalities of the business. As well as this excellent technical knowledge you will have a customer-focused approach, a proven track record of relevant lettings and the effective pitching and closing skills necessary to secure business.
You will have the appropriate NFOPP/ARLA qualification (or the desire to work towards these) and/or a degree or similar qualification.
