City Transport - Parking Infrastructure - Traffic Technician

Our multi award-winning Parking Team needs someone to work within our Parking Infrastructure Team to deliver a wide range of exciting capital projects ranging from new Parking, Signing and Lining Schemes, to Cycle Parking programmes and new mapping systems.
About the role
As a core member of the Parking Infrastructure Team you will support and deliver a wide range of capital projects to support and serve residents and businesses in the city. Working with local communities to deliver improvements you will have good interpersonal skills as well as the technical skills to deliver on important and high profile capital projects. Good IT skills will be also be important with an interest in digital mapping a particular advantage.
This is career grade role so there is the opportunity to learn and progress within the role as you increase your experience and professional abilities or enter at higher than the starting salary with proven experience. Over time the role can develop up to S01/2 level (£30k). Opportunities exist for Staff Apprenticeships in a wide range of work related areas to help you reach this career level.
