The part time Business Support Officer will be required to work alongside a new Edge of Care project, They will provide business support to a small team of workers who will be developing strong partnership arrangements with a range of agencies to provide additional/specialist support for families and children at risk of breaking down. The objective of the team is keeping families together. The Business Support Officer's prime purpose will be supporting a team that works flexibly, potentially arranging meetings, producing correspondence, producing focused notes in meetings and generally supporting the needs of the new team in its establishment.
The overall purpose of business support is to contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of front line and technical / professional services through the provision of a broad range of administration and business support. This position can involve working with highly sensitive and confidential information. Accurate data entry, excellent communication skills and very effective relationship building are essential for this role.
