Area Estates Manager x2
Salary range: £50,826 to £53,928
As Area Estates Manager, you will ensure the day to day management of the Council’s non-residential properties including lease renewals, rent reviews, rent collection and debt recovery together with the annual programme of asset valuations required by statute. You will develop and maintain a detailed understanding of all matters affecting property within a designated area of the Borough. You will have significant experience of working in estates management for a similar-sized organisation and demonstrate the ability to establish and manage client reporting structures through both excellent stakeholder and client management skills. To support the delivery of our ambitious plans we are looking to recruit to a range of senior roles within our Property and Delivery team, part of the Economic Growth and Housing Delivery Directorate. The roles play a critical part of our response to the challenges faced by COVID-19, the continued transformation of the Council and boosting the local economy.
