Salary:
Level 1 Social Worker/Community Nurse - £28,099 - £30,719 per annum pro rata + MRS of £1,000 per annum pro rata
Level 2 Social Worker/Community Nurse - £31,589 - £33,106 per annum + MRS of £6,000 per annum pro rata
Hours: 37 hours per week
Base location: Priory House, Shefford with county wide travel
Contract Type: Permanent

ALDT supports vulnerable people over the age of 25 who have a Learning Disability or an Autistic Spectrum Condition. The roles involve working with them, their carers, providers and other agencies to enable them to achieve independence and fulfil their aspirations. You will have responsibility for the delivery of statutory duties commensurate with supporting people within Adult Social Care. You will discharge these duties in a manner that sees customers at the centre of their care and support, along with, demonstrating behaviours that result in the delivery of compassionate, caring, responsive, and proportionate care and support that is of high quality and evidences best value.
