Working to the Head of Partnerships and Performance, the post holder will support the implementation of the Council’s shared vision for the Integration of health and social care by leading the Hub Development Programme. The post holder will build effective working relationships both internally and externally to realise the ambitions of the programme, overseeing the implementation of the Programme Plans, liaising closely with colleagues from the Bedfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group and a wide range of Health and Care Partners.
The post holder will ensure a robust programme and project specific framework is in place, providing programme assurance, highlighting dependencies, interfaces and risks, challenging assumptions and ensuring all considerations have been fully evaluated. This includes working with commissioned consultants to support the development of Business Cases, Schedules of Accommodation and Design Principles.
The post holder requires significant change management experience, working within a multi-disciplinary, complex programme environment. They will have a proven track record of delivering tangible results that are complex in their nature, ranging from designing operating models, technical solutions design, financial modelling, process re-engineering and will be able to demonstrate a passion for communication and stakeholder engagement.
