St Albans is a unique English Cathedral City with a colourful history which can be seen in the Roman remains and variety of beautiful architecture, heritage sites and conservation areas. Set within green belt, off the M25, A1M and M1 the District includes a cathedral, historic city centre and charming villages. In the post you will be providing project support to the Commercial and Development department including the Capital Projects Manager and Project Managers as required across a range of projects. You will contribute to complex development and refurbishment projects under the over sight of the relevant Project Manager, taking forward specified elements under own initiative. In addition, you will also be producing and maintaining project business plan, Gantt charts and risk registers.  You will also assist with the production of project reports and documentation by undertaking specific research analysis and providing technical information.

 

Extensive experience of providing high level administrative support for significant projects together with experience of data collation and undertaking complex analysis to support project development is essential for this post.

 

Practical knowledge of MS Office suite and windows applications together with experience of collecting data and undertaking complex analysis in order to support project development is also required.
