This is a permanent role, offering £23,598 - £25,487 per annum pro rata for 37 hours per week, which can be taken between Monday to Friday, based out of County Hall, St Anne's Crescent, Lewes, BN7 1UE.

We are recruiting for a Procurement Specialist to join our Strategic Procurement Team. This team provides direct localised support to our customers in East Sussex County Council, providing expertise on tendering activity and contributing to the delivery of service objectives, savings and other benefits, including social value. We work closely with the Strategic Procurement Teams in Brighton & Hove City Council and Surrey County Council, sharing knowledge, expertise and resource to best service our customer’s needs.
The role requires you to support on defined projects across a range of category areas (with an initial focus on Adult Social Care and Public Health projects), to secure the goods, works and services that most appropriately address the identified needs of our customers, residents and partners.
