STEP Academy Trust is seeking to recruit Midday Supervisor Assistants to join Burfield Academy in Hailsham. The successful candidates will help to run structured play activities for the children as well as carrying out supervision duties during the meal service. The post holder will encourage and develop play activities alongside providing positive and firm control by implementing the school behaviour policy.
