The Role:

  • The successful candidate will provide high quality pastoral support for students in an identified year group
  • You will work with Form tutors and a Key Stage Director to promote and achieve excellent attendance and behaviour, create opportunities for rewards, student leadership and Education with Character for the assigned year group
  • You will also work with parents and carers as a first point of contact in the year group
