About the role

The Skylark Federation are looking for a motivated and flexible Individual Needs Assistant to join our welcoming and friendly schools of Hamsey and Barcombe, who ideally would have the skills and abilities necessary for providing effective support, preparing resources and liaising with parents and outside agencies.

We are a popular group of schools that are expanding and we would love to welcome you to our Federation. This position will be to work with children who have additional needs, providing one to one support.

The hours of work are 8.45am until 3.15pm.

We will provide you with any relevant training needs and you will work closely, alongside the class teachers, SENCO and other support staff as part of our supportive and enthusiastic teams.
