Job Title: Children's Information & Advice Officer
Salary Range: £20,903 - £23,080 pa
Hours: 37hrs per week
We are actively recruiting for the role of an Information and Advice Officer within the 0-25 Together Service based at Farnham House.
This is a key role within 0-25 together. You will be the first point of contact for referrals into the service from families and carers and must be able to quickly establish the needs of the child or young person as well as that of the family. You must be able to give information and advice to those contacting the service and work with all teams throughout the service.
You must understand the eligibility criteria for the service and be able to communicate this whilst ensuring those making contact have information and advice on support that is available.
