This Transformation Programme Manager post within the Adult Social Care Operations service has been newly created to meet the increasing needs and complexity across operational services.

It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who wishes to make a difference in the lives of those we serve. You will have responsibility for a range of projects and workstreams involving both internal and external stakeholders and have responsibility for managing and monitoring implementation and progress against plans.

You will provide highly effective support to Assistant Director ASC Operations in the management of business operations in relation to budget, performance, report preparations and delivery and risk management. Through the provision of effective business intelligence, you will contribute towards service planning and decision making at both Service and Directorate level

This position will give you a canvass to enable you to fully embed future initiatives.

We are looking for a person who will both inspire and support change and encourage new ways of working to promote quality assurance.

You will work closely with the Assistant Director and his team and will receive regular 1-1 meetings and support from peer managers.
