£21,950 - £23,758 inclusive of Outer Fringe Allowance pro rata

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (7.5 hours per day and Friday 7 hours)
We are looking for a Repairs Administrator to join the Repairs Service Centre Team. You will deal with customer calls and emails within a fast paced environment covering responsive repairs, planned works and other property related services. You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive, caring, efficient, quality front line service.
You must have experience of working in a customer service environment and be committed to delivering exceptional levels of customer service to tenants, leaseholders and customers of Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council. Key features of the role include working on own initiative, prioritising work, making appointments with customers for property inspections and ensuring all administrative duties are fulfilled to a high standard.
The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.

Assessment will be held on 2 October and interviews will be held on 6th / 7th October 2020.
