Salary Range: £32,234 to £34,72
Hours: 37 per week

This is an exciting new role where no two days are the same. You will be part of a team that consistently pushes for advancement of equality of opportunity and raising awareness of the benefits of an inclusive culture. You will be joining the broader Corporate Policy Team and will be advising and working closely with elected members and senior staff on the tangible benefits of equity. Alongside working for Hertfordshire County Council, you will be a key link for East Herts District Council and will be working alongside the E&D manager to develop and execute a Diversity and Inclusion Strategy. Your ability to influence and engage at all levels will drive a culture where Diversity is part of Hertfordshire’s DNA.
