We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to lead our busy Housing Standards Team.

Woking is a desirable location just 20 minutes from Central London by train. We are proud of our customer service levels and our priority is to work collaboratively to ensure the best possible customer experience for all residents and businesses.

To help us to deliver a high quality Housing Standards service, we are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic person with excellent communication and organisational skills, who has the ability and experience to lead and motivate others. You will have experience in carrying out statutory enforcement responsibilities, giving advice to a range of customers, undertaking property inspections using the Housing Health & Safety Ratings System and providing a responsive service.

In addition to a competitive salary you will also receive staff benefits, including generous holiday, membership of the local government pension scheme and car allowance, discounted health and leisure membership, plus many more excellent benefits.
