Business Services is the first point of contact for internal customers across the Council, enabling customers to access the right service (including self-service) at the right time to the right standards. With newly implemented processes, we provide case management services across the entire scope of the Business Services, managing and resolving the vast majority of cases.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a new Case Owner, with a working knowledge of the MS Office suite of packages. The role will have a Capital Finance focus, so a sound knowledge of finance is essential, although support and mentoring will be available.
An excellent communicator, you should be customer focussed, able to maintain high levels of speed and accuracy whilst managing competing priorities. We are looking for people with highly developed customer service skills who are passionate about efficiency and delivery of Council services.
The role has a high level of personal responsibility, including updating user guides/processes and creating templates. You will also provide support and guidance to other members of the team, including prioritising work.
