A TIS Intervention Worker acts as key worker and lead professional in the delivery and management of targeted, high quality interventions for families with complex needs and West Berkshire Early Help Offer.
We value working in partnership with families and other agencies to produce tailored support plans to address identified family needs and to reduce risk. You will also get an opportunity to work closely and creatively with the local communities and partner agencies to establish and maintain an effective service for children and their parents in line with the stated objectives of the service.
